Deficiency Code Description:(CRCS - SAHARA REFUND PORTAL (RESUBMISSION))
Please refer to the Deficiency table below:
1. D001
The amount has already been refunded to
the depositor.
Action Item:-
As per the society records/database, your
amount has already been refunded. Therefore,
the claim would not be processed.
2. D002
More than 5 applications have been
submitted from the same mobile number.
Therefore, pl. re-apply using the mobile
number linked with Aadhaar for refund.
Action Item:-
Kindly update your registered mobile
number to a different mobile number linked
to your Aadhaar for resubmitting your
application.
3. D003
Incomplete claim form / Photo / Signature
missing
Action Item:-
Kindly upload a clear/legible image of the
signed claim form / Photo on the portal.
4. D004
Signature on claim form not matching with
signature on Account opening
form/Membership form
Action Item:-
Kindly upload a clear/ legible Application
form with a Signature matching with the
signature made at the time of Account
opening form/Membership form.
5. D005
Depositor has not provided proof of his/her
deposit and proof of claim or Invalid
Proofs/ illegible proofs
Action Item:-
Kindly upload a clear/legible image of your
deposit slip and proof of claim. In case of
passbook, please get your passbook updated
and re-upload the first and last Page(updated)
on the portal.
6. D007 Depositor has not provided/ uploaded the
PAN Card/Invalid PAN Card/Illegible PAN
Card (applicable only in cases where the
total deposited principal amount is more
than Rs.50,000/-)
Action Item:-
Kindly upload a clear/legible image of your
PAN card for processing your claim.
7. D008 Multiple memberships of the Depositor
exist in a society. Only claims relating to the
earliest membership in the claim
application shall be processed.
Action Item:-
One person can have only one membership
in a society and accordingly claims
pertaining to your one membership
number in a Society shall be processed.
8. D009
Membership Form Not Uploaded by the
Society.
Action Item:-
The Sahara Societies have been digitising
their records by scanning the membership
form and account opening form and
i. In case the respective Society has
scanned the Membership form and the
status of the same has been updated by
the society on portal, depositors are
requested to resubmit the claim for the
portal to process your application again
which will be sent to Society for
processing.
OR
ii. In case the respective Society has not
scanned the Membership form, the
Society would be requested to scan the
above forms digitally and update the
status with the portal. The Depositor is
also requested contact the society for
uploading the requisite forms.
9. D010
Account Opening Form Not Uploaded by
the Society
Action Item:-
The Sahara Societies have been digitising
their records by scanning the membership
form and account opening form and
i. In case the respective Society has
scanned the Account opening forms and
the status of the same has been updated
by the society on portal, depositors are
requested to resubmit the claim for the
portal to process your application again
which will be sent to Society for
processing.
OR
ii. In case the respective Society has not
scanned the account opening form, the
Society would be requested to scan the
above forms digitally and update the
status with the portal. The Depositor is
also requested contact the society for
uploading the requisite forms.
10. D011
Society has not uploaded Scanned Images
of Account opening Form/Membership
Form. Please contact Society.
Action Item:-
The Sahara Societies have been digitising
their records by scanning the membership
form and account opening form and
i. In case the respective Society has
scanned the membership form and/or
Account opening forms and the status of
the same has been updated by the
society on portal, depositors are
requested to resubmit the claim for the
portal to process your application again
which will be sent to Society for
processing.

Sahara Society database or Not a member
of the Society
Action Item:-
Your claim cannot be processed as the
details of your claim is not available in the
database provided by the Society. Kindly
contact your respective society in this
regard and thereafter resubmit with correct
details.
12. D013
The details provided by the depositor has
not matched with the society database/
records provided by the Society (Name/
Membership/ Account No. etc.) .
Action Item:-
Your claim cannot be processed as the
details of your claim is not available in the
database provided by the Society. Kindly
contact your respective society in this
regard and thereafter resubmit with correct
details.
13. D014
The deposit was made on or after
22.03.2022 in case of Sahara Credit
Cooperative Society Ltd., Lucknow,
Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society
Ltd., Bhopal and Humara India Credit
Cooperative Society Ltd., Kolkata and on or
after 29.03.2023 in case of Stars
Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd.,
Hyderabad
Action Item:-
The claim is not eligible as it is outside the
scope of the Portal
14. D015
Amount Due to the Society exceeds the
Principal Deposit Amount.
Action Item:-
Your claim cannot be processed because as
per society records the amount due to the
society is more than the Principal deposit
amount.
15. D016
The loan from/ dues to the society exceed
the amount deposited
Action Item:-
Your claim cannot be processed because as
per society records the loan amount
payable to the society is more than the
deposit amount.
16. D017
Name as from/in portal is not matching
with name with Sahara records
Action Item:-
Your claim cannot be processed since name
as per Aadhaar is not matching with the
name present in the Sahara records Kindly
provide additional photo-ID and submit
Affidavit on the Resubmission Portal.
17. D018
Aadhaar Full Name does not match with the
database/ records provided by the Society
Action Item:-
Your claim cannot be processed since name as
per Aadhaar is not matching with the name
present in the Sahara records. Kindly provide
additional photo-ID and submit Affidavit on
the Resubmission Portal.
18. D019
The Claim has already been submitted for
this Aadhaar No./Membership
No./Account No.
Action Item:-
Since the combination of Aadhaar
No./Membership No./Account No has
already been processed therefore your
claim cannot be processed.
19. D020
The deposit for his/her claim has matured
after 31 March 2023
Action Item:-
Your claim cannot be processed since the
deposit has matured after 31st March 2023
and is outside the scope of the Portal.
20. D021
The details provided by depositor has not
matched with the society database/
records provided by the Society (Name/
Membership/ Account No. etc.) or The
deposit has matured after 31 March 2023
Action Item:-
Your claim cannot be processed as the
details of your claim do not match with the
records provided by Sahara in the portal.
Kindly contact your respective society or
resubmit with correct details or in case your
claims mature post 31 March 2023 your
claim is outside the scope of the portal.

Action Item:-

Also do check if there is no credit limit.

Action Item:-
Beneficiary should visit the bank branch where they
have an active account in order to get their account
seeded to their Aadhaar number.
The form for Aadhaar seeding can be easily
accessed on the portal or obtained from the
respective bank branch.
